Every raw material in every product undergoes severe quality control by checking suppliers’ standard warranty. Such raw materials as rice, peanuts, and soybeans are inspected and analyzed both internally and externally, KAMEDA SEIKA works with suppliers to ensure the sufficient traceability.
Development & Manufacturing
Various tests such as sensory, moisture, fats and oils deterioration are conducted during product development. Double and redoubled contamination preventive measures are conducted at manufacturing plants, including employees’ thorough hand-washing and wearing designated workers’ uniform, utilization of air showers and automated shutters. In addition to inspection by color sorters and X-ray inspection system, the inspection by human sense is also conducted. Our food taste inspectors certified through the company’s examination check the quality every hour by tasting everything from raw materials to finished products.
Our quality control efforts continue after the sales of our products. All the opinions or requests sent to our customer service department from consumers are fed back without exception to the relevant plants and departments to be utilized for quality improvement or the development of more satisfying new products.
